Little Colfax retreat was completely remodeled in 2001. It is a bright, cheery home with 8 skylights to let the outside in. The rooms are spacious and all look out onto Lake Michigan.

2 bedrooms - The master bedroom can comfortably handle a king-size bed. The second bedroom is set up with double and twin beds. Both bedrooms have skylights.

baths - Both bathrooms have double vanities, oversized Jacuzzis and separate
shower stalls and skylights.

Kitchen - Everything is top of the line, with lots of hickory cabinets and granite counter tops to provide plenty of working space and a skylight above the kitchen sink. The laundry room is off the kitchen.

Great
room - The conversation area is well lit with 2 skylights. It has a gas fireplace and 2 satellite receivers, so you can watch different programs in different rooms. The dining area has a view of the lake.
- Screened in porch - Off the dining area with southeast exposure. A wonderful place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine while watching the waves come in. It, too, has a skylight.

Deck
- Extends the length of the house then runs east as a boardwalk to the
beach. The north end of the deck includes a Baja spa with nearby outdoor shower for washing off the sand.
